LUNE TROUBLANTE
an Original compositions Swing Manouche project
Lune Troublante are a group active for almost ten years in music festivals, theaters, jazz music clubs, as well as abroad (Austria, Germany, Croatia, England).Over the years they have developed a repertoire dedicated to the legendary figure of the gypsy guitarist Django Reinhardt and the Italian-born violinist Stephan Grappelli, enriching the show with short stories related to their biography as well as the cultural and social context of Paris in the 1930s.For the Folkest Edition label their published their first work entitled “Oggi ti lascio domani”, a record that pays homage to the energy of gypsy-swing but also ranges freely between genres, exploiting sophisticated arrangements with symphonic traits and different rhythms such as samba, rumba and valse-mousette.
